Meet and Greet Service

Please apply an additional £12.50 fee + 20% VAT for our meet and greet service (includes a standard 30 minute waiting period).
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name-board.

Pick me up “When My Flight Arrives”

We will monitor your flight and automatically adjust the pick-up time so it reflects the time that your flight arrives. From the time your flight arrives you will have a 30 minutes free waiting time to meet your driver before waiting time charges occur.

Pick me up “30, 45 or 60 Minutes after My Flight Arrives”

We will monitor your flight and automatically adjust your pick up time to your chosen period after the flight arrives. After the adjusted time, your free waiting time will begin (30 minutes). Since the pick up time has been moved, your driver may not be on location when the flight arrives. Waiting time charges will occur if you exceed the free waiting time period.

Free 30 Minute Waiting at the Airport & Seaport Pickups

The first 30 minutes of waiting time is free (This is part of the Meet and Greet Service). Additional waiting time over 30 minutes will be charged at the “London Hourly Rate” for each vehicle group plus the applicable VAT (please see our tariffs) in 15 minute increments. This does not apply to flight delays.

How to make a booking

In Step 1, select Service Type, Date & Time and Pick-Up Location. For an A to B transfer please select Drop-Off Location or for Hourly as Directed services your required duration. | In Step 2, please select your desired vehicle class and click Book Now. | In Step 3, please fill in your details for the journey including lead passenger name, passenger count and luggage quantity. Follow Stripe link for credit/debit card payments. | For Airport transfers, please enter your flight information to ensure your booking with us is effortless. For Arrivals, please provide your flight number, landing time and whether you require your driver to meet you at the Arrivals hall a specific amount of time after your flight lands. For Departures, please provide your flight number, flight time and destination. | Additionally, you may register an account with us to have access to our Account Management facilities including the ability to view bookings, manage queries and payment details. | If you are booking for someone else, please click the checkbox under the passenger details | To request a child seat, please ensure you book with a Luxury MPV or Business MPV and click the checkbox under the passenger details.

Flight Monitoring / Private Flights

Please Note: Private Flights are not tracked and pick up time is not adjusted based on landing time. After the free period, waiting time charges will occur.

Please provide us with your flight information so we can monitor your flight and automatically adjust the pick-up time based on when your flight arrives, helping you to avoid wait time charges.

For airport collections in addition to arrivals time please indicate your preferred pick up time. Please allow sufficient time after landing / arriving to collect your checked luggage, passport control and Customs. Waiting times at the passport control, baggage claim and Customs have to be taken into consideration in the period of time between arrival time and pickup time, otherwise additional cost may occur. In the case of a flight arriving early or being delayed the new pickup time will be calculated from the actual arrival time plus the planned period of time between the planned arrival time and the original pickup time (For example, if your flight’s scheduled arrival time is 10:00 and you have requested the pickup time at 10:45 if the flight arrives early or delays we will still keep a reserved 45 min for passport control, baggage claim and Customs)

Our system accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. However if you prefer to make a Cash payment or using Discover or PayPal please secure your booking with Visa, Mastercard or American Express and let us know your preference. If your preferred payment method is a Discover or PayPal please visit our “Pay Now” page for you to complete with your chosen payment option. You can make a payment using your “PayPal Account” or choose a “Guest Checkout”.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
