How are we different?

Chauffeur-First is the trading name of Eco Chauffeur Drive. We are proud to be the first executive chauffeur company to be actively reducing carbon emissions and various other pollutants. We have taken a revolutionary stand against the traditional vehicles used within the chauffeur industry and in a pioneering move have become the “First” and leading ‘Eco –friendly’ provider of chauffeur services with the Lexus GS450H and LS600H Hybrids.

Is Chauffeur-First a 24-hour operation?

Yes. Chauffeur-First has a dedicated team 24 hours a day 7 days a week, available 365 days a year.

How do I make a booking?

By Phone, Email or Fax. We will set up a dedicated telephone line especially for you so you can call straight through and speak to our representative or you can email your request through to bookings@chauffeur-first.com

You will always receive an email confirmation for every booking you make.

Will I be able to get advance driver details for the booking?

Unfortunately not. Because jobs are allocated to the nearest vehicle in the vicinity it can be difficult to provide this information. However, when the vehicle is dispatched, we will notify the passenger and booker (if required) of the driver and vehicle details by SMS text message, for example:

“Chauffeur-First advises Sandra Lee that your driver John has arrived in car Reg LB06 ECO. To contact your driver directly call 0777 000 1234”

Can I request a specific vehicle type from Chauffeur-First?

Yes. If you have a preference, we will be happy to try and accommodate this but it is imperative that your request is booked in advance. However with short notice bookings we may be able to specify the exact make and model of vehicle until it is allocated and dispatched. All Chauffeur-First vehicles will be of an excellent standard.

Can I make bookings online?

Shortly. We have a definite plan to implement a comprehensive online booking system by the autumn and much of the preparation has already been done. It will directly be linked with Freedom, our reservations system and it will offer a very flexible, intuitive and effective way to book and manage ground transportation all over the world.

Does Chauffeur-First operate in any other cities apart from London?

Yes. Through our International affiliates we are able to provide a service around the world. We have carefully selected affiliates worldwide and can guarantee that you will be looked after.

Can I use Chauffeur-First for transfers during roadshows, conferences or other events?

Yes, Our Road show coordinators can take care of all the travel arrangements , all you have to do is email through a full itinerary and leave the rest to us.

Does Chauffeur-First provide an ‘as directed’ service?

Yes, We can provide an As Directed service for a minimum period of four hours, you will have a car and chauffeur at your disposal.
